SHIPPING

Q: How much does shipping cost?
  • Ans: Shipping costs a flat rate of Rs. 250 for all orders within Pakistan and all Punjab Regions.
  • Ans: Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days within Punjab and 3-7 business days for other areas. Could Exceed Upto 14-Days. For overseas products the minimum length is 30-days.

  • Ans: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order’sprogress on the shipping carrier’s website.
    For overseas orders, you will be notified through whatsapp.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
  • Ans: You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or if you received the wrong product. Please note that we do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery.
